1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE NAGLAZYME is indicated for patients with Mucopolysaccharidosis VI (MPS VI, Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome). NAGLAZYME has been shown to improve walking and stair-climbing capacity. NAGLAZYME is a hydrolytic lysosomal glycosaminoglycan (GAG)-specific enzyme indicated for patients with Mucopolysaccharidosis VI (MPS VI; Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome).
